Where can I get my Personal Trainer access code?
With an active LR partner number, you can access the Body Mission website and personal trainers at any time.
Where and how can I register?
You don't have to register separately for the revamped Body Mission site, plus access is free.
How do I register?
Via https://www.body-mission.com/ website. If you click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner, you will be redirected to the login interface of the LR website. Enter your LR partner number (DE0xxxxxxx) and password here - which will log you into LR's internal website! Click on the "Enter" button to explore the world of Body Mission. To complete your profile, enter your personal information. Start Body Mission.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on "Forgot password" when logging in! Enter your LR partner number or the email address you use to access your LR account! Your password will be reset and you will receive a confirmation email. Choose a new password, save it and log in again.
2. general questions
Why do I need a personal trainer?
Your personal trainer guides you through Body Mission. He will organize your diet: he will create a personalized meal plan and offer you many individual recipes. You can get background information about your diet and he will motivate you. Track how successful you are and tell others about your experience.
The web page is not displayed correctly. What should I do?
Refresh your browser. If you can't do this on a tablet or mobile device, try doing it on your computer. Can someone else take over my profile? Some data cannot be changed afterwards. These are needed to calculate your BMI - a value that allows you to measure your body weight in relation to your height.
Do I need to count calories or focus on something else?
You don't have to count calories. It's enough to stick to your diet plan, the recommended workouts and the Figuactiv products. For more information, visit https://www.body-mission.com/ or read the brochure.
What happens to the information I provide?
Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Which recipes can I choose?
All the ones you like. All recipes fit into the diet program.
4. weight tracking
How and how often should I enter my weight?
You can enter your weight every day at https://www.body-mission.com/. You may want to develop a system for this purpose, such as every morning before a meal. You can weigh yourself less frequently, but at least one measurement per week is recommended. Your trainer will remind you if you forget.
Can a fixed weight be set as a goal?
When we created Body Mission, we deliberately avoided giving a fixed weight as a goal. The diet varies depending on the person.
How do I unsubscribe from an email reminder?
Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.
